The Ark
Our carers and toddlers group meets in the church building on Friday mornings from 9am during term time.
Our team of church members who run the group also includes helpers from our two partner churches.
The Ark aims to be a friendly and welcoming environment for you to bring your young ones, with safe play, crafts, singing and Bible story times every week. In the warmer weather there is a church garden with outside toys, accessible only from inside the church building.
There are regular social events arranged for Ark parents and carers, and sometimes toy sales, cake sales or other events are planned during the term.
Due to the popularity of the group it is occasionally necessary to implement a waiting list, if numbers are too high for the group to run safely and smoothly. Priority is given to people in Hurstpierpoint village, although everyone is welcome to come along once to check the group out and see if it suits them!
